The other important feature we have been working on for the past month is Cross-Progression. In the past couple of months, we have continued developing the Cross-Progression feature for Steam and Stadia. We are working hard on the final details and we are closer than ever to making it available for all on these two platforms. Just like our monitoring of Cross-Play, when we release Cross-Progression, we will follow the whole feature very closely in the following months to ensure it is working properly and that you can decide to play on both Steam and Stadia, safely and seamlessly.

Max Thompson Jr. (Hillbilly) has similarities to both Leatherface from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre series and Victor Crowley from the movie Hatchet. Sally Smithson (Nurse) resembles the typical design of the Nurse monsters from the Silent Hill games.

Following the successful addition of the Cross-Play feature in Dead by Daylight, we are happy to announce how our efforts have been advancing and to provide an update regarding Cross-Progression.

Finally, as we announced earlier, we are working on adding the Switch to Steam and Stadia for the Cross-Progression in the near future. Every Killer in the game is either based on a fictional killer from popular culture or a similar sort of character. Michael Myers (The Shape) is, of course, Michael Myers from the Halloween series, with his in-game name “The Shape” being a nod to how the character was listed in the original movie.

Dead By Daylight is an asymmetric survival horror video game developed by Behavior Interactive and published by Starbreeze studios.

Lisa Sherwood (hag) is based on the Wendigo, a being from Algonquian mythology that is the result of a cannibal being possessed by an evil spirit.
