I needed to vent, because I played Multiversus today for 4 hours straight...and this game is a blast! Granted I like having Trunks/Android No.17 in my collection, but I would've liked to have Gogan there next to Pac-Man, too. Even prize Miku figures from Taito have more detail to them and they cost around the same as Amiibo (though dont habe NFC) As you might recall, Sephiroth, Pyra, Mythra and Kazuya figures have also been confirmed. I hope Nintendo has the basic decency to price this horrible amiibos as 1.5x or both for the price of one. Otherboard : I strongly doubt that. Nintendo has generally been a lot slower to release Smash amiibo over the last few years (no-one from the second fighter pass has been released yet) possibly due to less demand. It'd be cool if Mojang decide to add amiibo support to the Switch version of Minecraft with these on the horizon. Sakurai did not say anything at all in regards to Sora getting an amiibo so is not a guaranteed yes nor a no, but I am wondering if it could be possible that Disney denied Nintendo the license for the production of an amiibo figure for Sora. The posture of the figures is fitting I guess to the source material but damn I wish they could have done something more original with the sculpts. Maybe different weapons? Items?
