About this deal

Giulio Cocchi was a young and creative pastry chef from Florence, where he worked in the most popular bar located in Piazza del Duomo. Strawberries, roses and vanilla pods on the nose, with delicate spice of ginger and grapefruit zest on the palate and the bittersweet taste of gentian.

Cocchi Rosa is based on a red wine unique to our region and famous for importing notes of wild roses and summer berries. The name “Americano” is both due to the alcohol made bitter (“amaricato”) by the addition of herbs and spices and to the American habit of drinking vermouth with ice and soda.
