I wanted to work on Connect the Stars as soon as I was back from my trip, and figured that, if she said yes, she would need to find some free time and take a while to put things together. It was cool to have a working game on day 1 — I had a blast finally being able to play it — but there was a lot more refinement needed.

My dad and I have not always had the strongest connection, but we have always shared our love and fascination for space. Some stars have also been important for centuries and were named by ancient and medieval astronomers.It’s encouraged me to make up my own interpretations as well in relation to The Wylde Hunt- sort of a bit of creative fun! In fits and starts, the two peculiar protagonists develop an improbable yet believable trust, which in turn gives them a kind of synergistic problem-solving agency. Because no matter who we are and where we come from, we all play an equal part in marvelling at, and ultimately holding up, the sky.
